1st Course- Caprese Salad-

3 types of tomatoes (Roma, 5x6, Fried Green) layered between Smoked Mozzarella, and fresh basil leaves. Finished with a beer balsamic glaze.

2nd Course- Stuffed Mushrooms-

4 large stuffed button mushrooms with a horseradish soy beer broth for dipping.

3rd Course- Broccoli Cheddar Ale Soup with Lobster Gnocchi

White and Yellow Cheddar Ale soup, loaded with broccoli, and finished with handmade lobster gnocchi

4th Course- Pork Osso Buco-

Slowed cooked Pork Shank, covered in a beer tomato sauce, served with risotto and a roasted parsnip, arugula, and goat cheese salad.

5th Course- Apple Cider Apple Crisp-

Cider soaked apples topped with a granola and graham cracker crust. Topped wit hIce Cream and a cider caramel glaze.
