Old school is the new school.

Crafted with passion, enthusiasm, and pride.

From a bygone era, in a true pub atmosphere where time seemingly stands still.

Lolita Haze

Our most popular drink, and with good reason!  Fresh berries bring the sweet, lemon brings the sour, and vodka makes it all grown up.

Tito’s Vodka, Crème de Cassis, Blackberry Purée, Fresh Lemon 9.

Cherry Bomb

Macerated Maraschino cherries add a touch of sugar to a real vixen of a cocktail…ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-cherry bomb!

Plymouth Gin, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, Fresh Lemon, Simple Syrup, Luxardo Maraschino Cherries 14.

Superfruit Fizz

They say that berries from the cassis bush can do great things for your health. Drink one of these and call us in the morning!

Plymouth Gin, Crème de Cassis, Fresh Lemon, Simple Syrup, Soda 11.

Double Spiked Cider

Bourbon barrel aged cider is great, but we decided to up the booze factor, forgo the barreling, and blend the two for and give you a bourbon cider with an extra kick!

Hard Cider, Four Roses Small Batch, Fresh Lemon, Simple Syrup 9.

Bitter Boss

Our boss loves IPA’s and we love him right back, so we created a cocktail in his honor!  This drink is super refreshing and brings a bitter bite, just like his favorite brew.

Waypoint Wintonbury Gin, Grapefruit, Fresh Lime, Hopped Grapefruit Bitters, Simple Syrup, Campari sinker 13.

Rose Colored Glasses

It’s hard to see the world as anything but brilliant when you have something as fizzy and refreshing as this in hand!

Allagash White, Bonnie Rose Orange Peel Whiskey, Lemon Juice, Cranberry Simple Syrup 9.

Found It Here First

All hopped up on IPA and Hopquila, this cocktail is certain to please all of our Hop Heads!

Hatter Royale Hopquila, Triple Sec, Founders All Day IPA, Sour 9.

Hemingway Daiquiri

Heavy on the rum, light on the sweet – just the way Papa liked it. A classic worth going back to again and again.

Bacardi, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, Grapefruit, Fresh Lime, Simple Syrup 10.

Smokin’ Hot Rita

This drink will loosen you up and make your lips tingle. All in a very good way…

Sauza Blue Silver Tequila, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup 12.

Wine About It

We doubt anyone will be whining while sipping our take on a New York Sour. It looks amazing in a glass, and tastes amazing leaving it!

Rittenhouse Rye, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Malbec Float 10.

The Devil Made Me Do It

Well balanced and dry, this cocktail packs a punch.  Served neat because adding ice to a drink with devil in the name would just be wrong.

Jim Beam Devil’s Cut, Amaro Ramazzotti, Aperol, Lemon Juice, Angostura Bitters 10.

Barreled Then Bottled

We batched out a classic Manhattan using our favorite recipe, then put it back in the barrel to let it all percolate until the smoky, oaky flavors were just right.  We pulled it on the perfect day, put it back in the bottle, and serve it up or on the rocks.

Maker’s Mark, Carpano Antica, Angostura Bitters, Luxardo Maraschino Skewer 15.
